These terms govern your use of Camper Letters, a service operated by Haliburton Hockey Haven (“HHH,” “we,” “us”) that lets parents and guardians send printed letters to campers and receive their scanned replies. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may only add campers you are the parent or guardian of, or are otherwise authorized to write to.
You are responsible for the content of your letters and photos. Don't send anything unlawful, threatening, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may decline to print or deliver content that violates these terms or that camp staff judge inappropriate for a camper.
Letters cost $10 CAD per camper, per week of camp. That fee includes unlimited letters for that camper during that week. Payments are processed by Square; we don't store your card details. All purchases are final — see our Refund Policy.
Letters submitted before the morning cutoff are printed and handed to camp staff that day; letters sent after the cutoff go out the next day. We aim to deliver every letter promptly, but we can't guarantee exact timing, and delivery depends on the camper attending camp that week.
Campers may write back on the printed response page. We scan returned pages and route them to your account using the code printed on each page. We can only deliver a reply if a camper writes one and it's returned to us, and we aren't responsible for the content of a camper's reply.
You keep ownership of the letters and photos you upload. You grant us permission to print, store, and deliver them solely to provide the service.
We provide the service “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, HHH is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected letters.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Questions? Email letters@hhhletters.com.
