Each $10 CAD payment covers one camper for one week of camp, and includes unlimited letters during that week. Because you can send as many letters as you like during a paid week, payments are non-refundable once made.
If we fail to deliver a letter because of a problem on our side, contact us and we'll make it right — for example, by reprinting and redelivering the letter. This doesn't apply when a letter can't be delivered because a camper isn't attending that week.
